Wednesday - Discipline

Scripture: “No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.” – Hebrews 12:11

Reflection: Discipline is the forge where warriors are made. It strips away weakness and replaces it with resilience. The problem is that our brains often interpret boredom, repetition, or restraint as punishment. That’s why many give up too soon. But what feels like punishment is often the very training that shapes who we become. Endurance is built in the unseen hours, and those who embrace discipline discover that freedom comes through structure.Call-to-

Action: Push through one area today where you usually quit early—whether it’s your workout, study, or prayer. Let discipline carry you further than your feelings.
