Reflection: Just like the body needs training, so does your spirit. You don’t drift into discipline—you choose it. Spending time with God, reading His Word, and living intentionally builds spiritual strength.


Call-to-Action: Set a goal for spiritual discipline today—maybe it's reading one chapter of Scripture or praying for ten minutes. Start small, stay consistent.
