Scripture: “The one who guards his mouth and tongue keeps himself out of trouble.” – Proverbs 21:23

Reflection: Character is often revealed through words. Warriors understand that careless speech can damage trust, relationships, and peace. Strength is not found in saying everything you think—it’s found in knowing what should remain unsaid. Discipline in speech reflects discipline in spirit.
